Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at asisabg@sbcglobal.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
It’s important for me that you love your jewelry. If you are in doubt, or have questions, please contact me with any concerns you have if unsure before purchasing. I make myself available daily to answer questions.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item for return item address and information.
Upon return you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) excluding original shipping costs.
– In case of payment via PayPal a 4.5% fee will be deducted from the refund (due to PayPal’s policies)
In order for me to accept the returned items they must be:
* Returned NEW, UNWORN and in ORIGINAL CONDITION.
* In the original packaging, including the wrapping inside and outside the gift box, so the jewelry won’t move in the box and the box doesn’t get damaged during shipping.
* Shipped back within 3 days of delivery. The buyer will need to cover returned item shipping costs.
Due to the nature of the following items they can’t be returned or exchanged:
– Custom designs
– Personalized orders (lengthening or shortening, color changes, or other design alterations)
– In case the original design is in Gold Filled (in the photos) but is ordered in Sterling Silver (the chosen variation), it is considered a custom order (and thus cannot be returned).
– Items on sale
– Deposits for custom designs.
– Layaway payments (because during the time I’m reserving the item for you I’m unable to sell it to any other potential buyer).
Address for returning packages needs to be returned with the same address on the package upon receipt.
